Operating 7 days a week up to 10pm (depending on contract terms) our skilled and experienced Help Desk Consultants undertake end to end ownership of faults logged with them – ensuring that they complete full triage, attempting first point of contact fix, providing closest engineer with correct skill set, tooling and replacement parts for a first time first visit fix on 80% of reported faults
