"We are committed to working with our customers in a way that's relevant to their real business problems. We have already introduced Cyclops, Alphameric’s fully managed Video Switching Service that enables independent bookmakers who use the Alphameric bureau service to switch their central televisions screens between TurfTV and SIS pictures, which previously many saw as a problem. We have also introduced a new data service for Independent Bookmakers which enables them to receive comprehensive TurfTV data, including UK horseracing, South African horse racing and virtual horse and dog racing, which has not previously been available via the Alphameric and SIS managed services. This new data service will ensure that independent bookmakers using Alphameric’s managed service are able to compete on level terms with the major bookmakers who have been able to access TurfTV data from its inception.” ALBOS III is the most functionality rich display systems on the market and with a new cost effective EPOS solution available now, Alphameric are in no way scaling back on product development or services. Alphameric will continue to provide Bookmakers with the same high level of support and product offerings, while assisting in keeping their expenses from increasing during 2009. - Ends - |
