14TH JUNE 2010 - ORBIS UNVEILS ITS NEW BRAND IDENTITY

Orbis Technology Ltd, the leading provider of online gaming and betting technology is proud to announce that it has adopted a new brand identity, and has changed its name to OpenBet Ltd.  The new brand identity aims to represent and reinforce market leadership and better reflect the nature of the business, emphasising the company’s world leading betting platform, OpenBet.

Now in its 15th year, OpenBet has a strong reputation as the leading sportsbook and gaming software supplier and trusted partner of the biggest global betting operators including Ladbrokes, William Hill, Betfair, Paddy Power, SkyBet.  Its unrivalled robust and scalable OpenBet betting platform allows thousands of bets per second, right across the globe through both sportsbetting and casino games.  The new name and brand embodies OpenBet’s truly open and flexible approach to providing the best integrated software solutions for the gaming and betting market.

OpenBet Casino exemplifies this openness by allowing operators an unrestricted choice from a portfolio of over 300 games from both OpenBet and other leading games developers.   With the centralised OpenBet Account, operators can consolidate all gaming activity to give a single view of each customer.  This enables more effective marketing and promotions to maximize retention and differentiate their own brand on a commercial level.  

As part of the rebrand, OpenBet will be relaunching its website, www.openbet.com, which showcases its suite of powerful and innovative products.  OpenBet boasts a strong portfolio of customers, partners and third party brands featured on the site with an enviable, graphically rich games portfolio also available to preview and demo. The new fully featured site will be live at the end July 2010.

As the company continues to expand, the rebrand coincides with the relocation of its global headquarters to Chiswick Park.  Currently with 500 employees, OpenBet prides itself on its dynamic and high performing workforce that excel in product innovation and technical excellence.  The company’s emphasis on employee satisfaction was highlighted this year through their ranking as the 51st Best Company to Work For by The Sunday Times.’ Top 100 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey.
