Following its recent acquisition by OpenBet Ltd, Alphameric Solutions is to become OpenBet Retail in line with the parent company’s new brand positioning. 
OpenBet Ltd (formerly Orbis Ltd), the leading provider of integrated gaming and betting solutions, announces today the appointment of Karim Peer as Managing Director of the former Alphameric Solutions Ltd.  Alphameric Solutions will be fully integrated as the retail division of OpenBet Ltd and will be known as OpenBet Retail Ltd.

Orbis Technology Ltd, the leading provider of online gaming and betting technology is proud to announce that it has adopted a new brand identity, and has changed its name to OpenBet Ltd.  The new brand identity aims to represent and reinforce market leadership and better reflect the nature of the business, emphasising the company’s world leading betting platform, OpenBet.

The Board of Alphameric plc (the "Company") announces that yesterday, 31 May 2010, the Company completed the disposal of Alphameric Solutions Limited ("ASL") to Orbis Holdings ("the Disposal"). The Disposal was previously announced on 7 May 2010 and approved by shareholders at the general meeting of the Company on 25 May 2010.

The Board of Alphameric is pleased to announce that it has entered into a conditional agreement with Orbis Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NDS Group, to dispose of the Group's Solutions business for a cash consideration of £15.475 million, subject to certain adjustments.
