As a web based system, Stock allows
central control and reporting of stock
data at head office enabling easier
maintenance and lower cost of ownership
of the stock process.
Head office users are able to see
real time stock holding across the
estate. With information held centrally,
stock data no longer needs to be polled
back and forth and stock results are
available immediately.
Transactions
entered onto Caterwide order automatically
populate the stock system –
all orders, deliveries, returns and
wastage feed directly into the system
and without even Entering closing
stock, sales can be compared to purchases
and a daily and cumulative basis.
A
series of web alerts can be delivered
to key personnel by email, XML or
fax and will report Stock compliance
failure to audit teams.
