Order is the complete transaction
processing module of Caterwide. Consisting
of ordering, supplier confirmation,
recommended substitution, delivery
confirmation, short delivery, returns
and wastage control, it is a straightforward
and effortless system eliminating
the need for re-keying at outlets,
head office and suppliers. Products
are ordered using head office created
standard user lists or by suggested
ordering from EPOS sales data. Recommended
order quantities can be based on sales
history, stock holding or historical
Patterns and maverick ordering is
eliminated resulting in improved margins.
Reports can be generated for purchasing
trends, history and pricing.
Order
can be used as a stand alone purchasing
system or can link into Caterwide
stock to give increased benefits from
management of the supply chain end
to end.
