Configuration
and Hotstaging - Alphameric Hospitality's
team will prepare the hardware and
software for delivery to site. Each
system is built, configured, site
specific data is loaded and the full
system is bench tested.
Installation
- The full site system is shipped
to site where it is temporarily installed
in place in order to test the site
cabling, modem lines and till positioning.
The system is then removed from its
final position and left for the management
to train the staff.
Go
Live - Your old system is removed
and your new one put in place. All
training data is cleared for the system
and Alphameric Hospitality staff will
be on site during those first trading
hours to ensure everything run's smoothly.
Where you have new sites opening cover
can be provided for dummy runs and
VIP nights prior to the grand opening.
