J W Lees Awards £1.4 Million
Contract to Alphameric Hospitality
for its Caterwide Web-based ERP Solution
Northern based family brewer, J W
Lees is set to have Alphameric Hospitality’s
Web based ERP solution, Caterwide
installed in all of its managed houses
by the end of October this year. An
existing customer of 13 years, Caterwide
will be the fourth generation of systems
implemented for J W Lees. The end
to end solution will integrate Web
based head office and business intelligence
solutions and 130 EPOS terminals running
Alphameric’s InnTouch EPOS software
with Alphameric Hospitality’s
corporate accounting solution.
Alphameric
Hospitality was selected after a competitive
bid process decided Caterwide to be
both technically and functionally
superior to traditionally designed
competitive offerings.
Glyn
Bruffell, J W Lees Company Secretary
commented that two key factors contributed
to Alphameric Hospitality winning
the business. "They were able
to demonstrate, tangibly, that Caterwide
would be compatible with all our existing
head office systems and that it has
the level of functionality to support
our operations and business objectives
as well as controlling our data, avoiding
the need for re-keying at head office.
Alphameric Hospitality’s EPOS
solution, InnTouch, along with TEC
ST-60’s touch screen tills have
the flexibility to run advanced promotions
and the information rich reports will
enable us to provide accurate monitoring
of any promotional campaign."
“Our
thirteen year relationship with J
W Lees is an example of how Alphameric
Hospitality builds long-term, committed
relationships with our customers,”
said Steve Mansfield, Managing Director
of Alphameric Hospitality. “We
are pleased to build on our exiting
relationship with J W Lees and support
their business with the latest advanced
technology”
