The Yates Group selects Alphameric
Hospitality
The Yates Group, known for its highly
successful brands: Ha! Ha! Bar &
Canteen and Yates’s is installing
Caterwide, Alphameric Hospitality’s
Enterprise web back office system
interfacing to their existing Omron
tills. Four modules of the Caterwide
back office suite will be deployed
into all Yates outlets by April 2005:
Wet and dry stock control, Cash control,
Payroll and labour management and
Central, a web based head office restaurant
menu management system.
With
the ability to interface to a third
party EPOS system Alphameric Hospitality
has enabled Yates to safeguard their
existing legacy EPOS systems whilst
maximizing the significant business
benefits and margin improvements that
Caterwide can provide from the back
office. The existing Omron tills will
be replaced by TEC ST-60’s touch
screen tills and InnTouch, Alphameric
Hospitality’s 32 bit EPOS solution.
This phased installation will commence
on completion of the installation
of Caterwide throughout the Yates
estate.
Other services will include professional
services, help desk, hardware and
software support and Managed Services
including application.
