£2.4 Million Contract with Cooks Limited

Alphameric, the provider of software solutions for the Leisure and Hospitality
sectors announces that Cooks Limited ('Cooks') will implement across its estate,
Alphameric Hospitality's Enterprise web back office and EPoS systems, integrated
with NavisionTM and a web based head office payroll system. The contract is
worth £2.4 million.

Cooks, which operates 180 'food-on-the-move' stores and coffee shops throughout
England, will install Caterwide, Alphameric Hospitality's Enterprise web back
office system, into all units by early 2006. It will at the same time replace
its financial system with Caterwide Dimension based on Microsoft's NavisionTM.

As part of the project, Cooks will install InnTouch, Alphameric's point of sale
tillings. The Caterwide functionality will cover all of Cooks business processes
including cash control, stock, ordering and MIS business intelligence with
automatic feeds to Navision and Ciber payroll.
