£3 Million Contract with Tattershall Castle Group

Alphameric, the provider of software solutions for the Leisure and Hospitality
sectors, announces that Tattershall Castle Group Limited ('Tattershall Castle')
will implement Alphameric Hospitality's Enterprise web back office and EPoS
systems across its newly acquired estate of 178 pubs. The contract is worth £3
million.

Tattershall Castle, backed by Alchemy Partners, acquired 178 pub outlets from
Spirit Group in September 2005. Tattershall Castle will utilise a number of
modules of the Caterwide Enterprise suite including cash control, wet and dry
stock control, ordering, payroll and labour management, MIS, reporting and
InnTouch, the touch screen tilling module. As part of the project Alphameric
will also supply Tattershall with Alphameric's PC based tilling hardware.
