The Quick Audit Application (QAA) allows your security staff to control all aspects of shop security.
All slip image and translation data may be retrieved from all your shops overnight, along with any exceptions that have been raised – over 100 exception types supported!
Data retrieval is fully managed by Alphameric’s technical team:
• Slips available for checking from 8am the following day
• Access is via the Web or VPN, no need for a dedicated machine
• No need for backups or housekeeping, as this is handled by Alphameric
Working in association with Dave Thomas of TASS, Alphameric has worked hard to deliver a powerful and flexible tool that audits any incidents that may be suspicious or are high risk.

his shops and fulfils all the security requirements of

• Exceptions may be filtered and checked by shop, date or operator.
• Event based data e.g. show times, off times, result times etc is also
available for verifying any suspicious transactions.
• Where further investigation is needed, slip and exception details may
be saved in softcopy or hardcopy.
• Non-slip based exception (e.g. cash variance, cash not transferred to
safe/insert) reports are also provided.
• Unpaid large payouts is available for verification before the shop opens
– prevent fraud before it costs you anything!
