Appointment of Company Secretary

Alphameric plc, the provider of end to end information technology solutions for the Leisure and Hospitality sectors, announces the appointment of Lorri Warrington as Company Secretary with effect from today. James Soulsby, who previously held the position of Company Secretary, continues as Group Commercial Director.

Lorri, previously Alphameric’s Deputy Company Secretary, is a Chartered Management Accountant and a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
