Alphameric Plc (“Alphameric” or “the Group”) Interim Results for the six months ended 31 May 2005

Organisational Structure

As a consequence of the rapid growth in revenues and profits particularly in our
Leisure Division, Martin Randall has transferred on secondment from the position
of Group Finance Director for Alphameric plc to undertake a wider financial and
operational role within Alphameric Leisure.

Mike McLaren resumes the role of Group Finance Director, having previously held
the position for five years prior to becoming Group Managing Director in 2000.
In addition to taking responsibility for Finance, Mike is also charged with a
group wide business development role including driving forward our strategic
acquisition programme.
