Alphameric Plc (“Alphameric” or “the Group”) Interim Results for the six months ended 31 May 2005

Commenting on outlook, Rodney Hornstein, Chairman, said:
'The markets we serve are experiencing strong trading conditions which in turn
are providing good sources of growth for us. We anticipate further enhanced
opportunities resulting from the merger and acquisition activities currently
under way by our clients and prospects.

'We have a good order book and prospect list, a strong balance sheet and our
recent acquisitions are all adding immediate value to the Group's activities. We
continue to investigate further bolt on acquisitions that should help to
accelerate the strong organic growth of our business.

'We remain confident that our full year performance to 30 November 2005 will
meet expectations.'
